I was trying to reset my password in lowes.com and got this...testers, where are you?
Issues:
1) The fact that the message indicates the site is down, which is incorrect as I am able to shop around.
2) The page title - "Generic error"?! I understand that, but it's not handled well.
3) sometimes, messages like these are not helpful "We are having a problem with our Application."...its obvious!!
After couple of attempts, though the above error message came, I was able to place an order from another page...nice..
